Abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting and fever.
Operated Pancreas Ca, DM, Stent in the Coledoc.
Vitals were, TA: 100/60 mmHg, Pulse: 130/min, Fever: 37.5 C◦
Guarding + on RUQ.
POCUS: Coledoc Enlargement+, Stent +.
Hyperbilirubinemia +, LFT +.
Transferred to Oncology Unit with a plan of PTC
