Pomp rifle cardiac injury

A pump rifle injury had lots of buckshots on whole body brought to the ED Tepecik Tra.Res.Hosp.
GCS: 15. Vitals were stabile.
POCUS: Hyperechogenic image with artifacts on septum revealing buckshot injury.
Confirmed in Thorax CT.
Numerous buckshots were adjacent to the Willis Polygon in intracranial, left ventricle, stomach and on extremities.
Operated by Gen.Surg.
Absent of any cardiac intervention required. Stabile on 2nd day.
