A 23 yo female stabbed was brought to the ED
2 stab wounds, 0.5-1 cm at 3rd intercostal space on midclavicular line
Confusion +. TA: 70/40 mmHg, Pulse: 105/min
Hydrated by 3 large bore iv lines immediately
1st POCUS:Fluid surrounding the pericardium.
2nd POCUS on 5th min: Hemorrhage with a clot reached to 3 cm on apex.
Operated by CVS.
