A 76 yo female.
Abdominal pain localized on left side in inferior of umblicus, increased while bending over.
Trauma – .
Atrial fibrillation +, CVA +
Warfarin usage +.
General condition was well. Vitals were stabile.
Sensitivity + on LLQ, rising by passive leg movement.
POCUS: Left Psoas Hematoma +.
Hospitalized to follow and treat.
