A 42 yo male, admitted to the ED
Complain; Right lower quadrant pain +, Nausea +.
For along 1 day and exacerbated gradually.
History; Smoker +.
Phy.Exam: Rebound Tenderness +, Defense + on RLQ.
POCUS by EP: Appendiceal mucocele +.
Blood tests: Infective parameters increased +.
Operated by General Surgery.
Caution: Possible mucinous carcinoma even if the mucocele is asymptomatic
