A Giant Ventricular Thrombus

The patient presented with acute decompensated heart failure and partially benefited from non-invasive ventilation nitrate-diuretic therapy. Heart failure can be triggered by many classic causes such as infections, drug incompatibilities, and hypertension. However, in order not to overlook atypical causes, all decompensated patients should be evaluated by bedside ultrasound.
