Thrombosed Aortic Aneurysm

An 81-year-old male patient with abdominal aortic infrarenal diameter of approximately 9.5x8.5cm and a lumen diameter of 4.5x4cm, partially thrombosed and aneurysmatic. The aneurysm and thrombosis extend to the level of the common iliac artery. A pulsatile mass was detected during abdominal examination and ultrasonographic image is obtained as shown.
